The jogger that looks like it has somewhere to be is a harder thing to find than it should be. Most fall into one of two traps: so casual they read as forgotten laundry, or so aggressively streetwear coded that they require the rest of the outfit to keep up. The cuffed jogger sits in neither camp. The cuff does real work here. It creates a clean line at the ankle, lets a decent trainer or a clean white sock do something intentional, and stops the whole thing from looking like you just rolled out of bed and kept moving.
